Time Now helps you search for a city or country and view the current local time. This policy explains how the Time Now website and Chrome extension handle data.

Chrome Extension Data

The Time Now Chrome extension stores your selected city on your device using Chrome local storage. This lets the extension remember the city you chose the next time you open the popup.

The extension sends search text and the selected city slug to the Time Now server only to return search results and the current time for the selected city. The extension does not collect your name, email address, browsing history, precise location, contacts, financial information, health information, or messages.

Website Data

The Time Now website may use request information, such as approximate location headers provided by the hosting platform, to show a relevant default city. The website also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as page views and general traffic patterns.
